Married to my wife Donna for 31 years.  One daughter and three grandsons.

• Appointed Job/Security Representative by the U.A.W. International Union from 1992 to June 1, 2007.

 MY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Job Standards/Time Studies, In sourcing new jobs
• Keeping jobs in-house that are scheduled to be out sourced
• Working with management on new tooling, and equipment
• Enforce the National and Local Contract Language
• My team and I put a business case together and saved 30 jobs that were being out sourced from our location

EDUCATION

• High School Equivalence Diploma from J.V.S in Oberlin, Ohio
• In my spare time I volunteer as an Assistant Aid for the Adult Education Program at J.V.S.
• 15 years on the job training in, Health and Safety, Working with Engineers and Management on Costs savings Waste/Scrape; designing more efficient work areas, communicating skills, working with people from all walks of life, etc.
